	Include your menu so that we can create the online version from it Please ensure that its a legible copy and can be easily read
	Make check payable to "Foodle LLC." for your listing. Be sure to include your restaurant's name in the memo section on the check Payment should be either $229 (Standard Listing) or $349 (Featured Listing)
