ABOUT THE CHEF
Chef Adam Potash, a graduate from Johnson & Wales University, brings to us his gourmet cuisine for breakfast and lunch. His five star experience at the Mandarin Oriental on Brickell Key has given him the skills needed to turn the everyday lunch into something special. Before coming to Boca Raton, Chef Adam used his culinary abilities and entrepreneurial ambitions to head his own catering company, Eden Memorable Catering. Afterwards, his talents led him to a position as the Corporate Executive Chef at one of the largest catering facilities in South Florida. Looking for a gourmet experience that is sure to please...
