Uncle Jack's House Salad
Mixed greens with Bermuda onions, carrots and tomatoes. Served with Uncle Jack's citrus herb dressing.

Mixed organic greens, tomatoes and imported goat cheese. Served with Uncle Jack's dressing du jour.
Buffalini Mozzarella & Tomatoes
Beefsteak tomatoes and fresh imported buffalini mozzarella over mesculin greens with fresh basil. Served with a balsamic vinaigrette.
Marinated Portabella Mushroom

Filet Mignon - 16 ounces USDA prime filet mignon prepared and served in its own juices.
T-Bone - Our 25 Ounce USDA Prime 21 day dry aged steak lets you sample both the Filet and the Strip cut. Prepared and served in its own juices.
N.Y. Shell - Our 25 Ounce USDA Prime 21 day dry aged N.Y. Shell. Prepared and served in its own juices.
Porter House - This is Uncle Jack's signature dish. A 45 ounce Prime USDA 21 day dry aged steak that features both the Filet Mignon and the N.Y. Strip cut. Available for 2 or more people.
Prime Rib Chop - Our 30 ounce USDA Prime 21 day dry aged chop. Prepared and served in its own juices. (AKA Fred Flintstone)
Kobe Steak - Uncle Jack's is the only steakhouse that specializes in Kobe Beef, which is known throughout the world for its flavor. Massaged with sake to ensure tenderness, Kobe is also aged 21 days for optimum eating flavor.
Surf & Turf - 10 oz. USDA Prime Filet Mignon & 10 oz. Imported Australian Lobster tail.
